Overview
Your API keys
Manage keys →Your firm has 5 API keys, shared across unlimited devices. Set a password on a key to activate it, then your attorneys install it on as many machines as you like. Revoke or rotate any one key without touching the others.

Your attorneys type this into the installer.
- 1Download the installer.
- 2Run it, enter your firm code, pick a key (1-5), and enter that key's password.

Revoking a key stops it working immediately on every device using it. Those devices must re-run the installer after you set a new key.
How your team uses Barney
Once a seat is installed, your attorney uses the full Claude app exactly as normal — every request runs privately on your firm's own cloud.
- 1Open Claude & sign in with BedrockA one-time step right after install. After that it just opens normally.
- 2Work the way you always wouldDraft documents, research, summarize, review files — it all stays on the device and your cloud.
- 3Manage keys from this dashboardPause, resume, rotate, or revoke any key under API keys. Changes take effect immediately.
Revoke or rotate just that one key. Revoking stops it working immediately on every device using it, so a lost, replaced, or compromised device can't keep working. Only the devices on that key are affected (about one in five); they re-run the installer once you set a new key.
API keys → Revoke (or Rotate key) → set a new password → devices re-run the installer.
Claude opens documents in a secure environment on the attorney's own computer. If a machine reports it "can't start the environment" for documents, enable hardware virtualization (Intel VT-x / AMD-V) and the Windows "Virtual Machine Platform" feature, then restart.
Usage by key
liveNo usage data yet
Per-key usage appears here once your firm's AWS account is connected and keys are in use.
Budgets & alerts
Per-key figures are estimates, updated hourly once your firm's AWS account is connected. They reflect Bedrock request metadata (counts) only, never prompt or response content.
Two-factor authentication
Protect this admin account with an authenticator app, so an email alone can't sign in.
1. Scan this QR code with Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password — or enter the key manually.
2. Enter the 6-digit code it shows:
Each code works once if you lose your authenticator. Store them somewhere safe — they won't be shown again.
